We save some personal identifiable information about you to protect this site and other users from harm, unwanted and illegal activities. Below is a list of information we keep and the duration we keep this information.

• IP-adresses (30 days, 60 days if reported)
• Chatlogs (7 days; 30 days if reported)
• Screenshots (24 hours, 7 days if reported)
  At random intervals screenshots will be taken from the feeds and saved, encrypted, on the server. The key to decrypt them is stored offline and only used for emergencies or when required by law.

The information we collect is not shared with anyone else, besides the person you are chatting with, unless we are legally required to do so by court order.

Please be aware that randomchat.ink and you have no control over the stranger you are chatting with. Don't share anything you don't want anyone else to see! You can be recorded!

This is not a private messaging service. Messages are not end-to-end encrypted.
